Can we combine two engagements?
Some clients choose to run a Strategic Assessment first and then move to a Growth Advisory once they have a clearer picture of their current position. This sequencing works well and each engagement retains its own fixed fee. We can discuss the right sequence for your situation in an initial conversation.
How much of our team's time will this require?
We structure our data gathering to minimize demands on your team's time. Leadership will typically be involved in an initial intake conversation, one or two check-in sessions during the engagement, and the final delivery. Beyond that, we request document access and interview time with key staff — but we schedule around your team's availability rather than working around ours.
What if our situation doesn't fit neatly into one of the three?
Most situations have elements that overlap between engagements. The best way to work through it is to describe your situation in the contact form — we'll respond with a direct view on which engagement is closest to what you need, or whether a modified scope makes more sense. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
Are the fees negotiable?
The fixed fees reflect what the work actually costs to do properly. We're transparent about what's included in each engagement, and we don't pad fees expecting a reduction. What you see is what the work costs.
